We focus on love, sending it out to the world until it circles back to us. We will be expressing and sending love to our loved ones, people in need across the world, the universe, and ourselves. This is a form of energy work.

Day 5— Future Self Meditation
We create our future by stepping into who we envision ourselves to be. We will talk about what your life will be like in 90 days, 1 year, or 5 years from now. We will practice the law of attraction as well.
